We started Ember & Oak with a simple belief: great coffee doesn’t need hype — it needs attention. We source directly from farmers we know, roast in twelve-kilo batches on our Probat, and serve it the same day it lands on the shelf.
Walk into our Alder Street café and you’ll smell the roast before you reach the door. That’s intentional.
